Cambiamos de aire, y el pasado fin de semana, estuvimos difrutando de Budapest. Increíble ciudad, dividida entre Buda y Pest por el río Danubio (que en estos momentos está inundado). Acá estamos en la cúpula de la Basílica de San Esteban, del lado de Pest. Esta Basílica, construida en el 1851, es el edificio religioso más grande de Hungría. La peculiaridad que posee es que dentro de ella se encuentra la mano derecha momificada del rey Esteban I de Hungría, primer rey de Hungría y fundador de la Iglesia húngara.
Last weekend we went to Budapest. An amazing city, divided by the Danube River (which is currently causing floods in Central Europe)in Buda and Pest. Here we are on the Basilica of St. Stephen's, on the Pest side. Built in 1851, this Basilica is the largest religious building in Hungary. Inside you can find the mummified right hand of King Stephen I of Hungary, the first King of Hungary and founder of the Hungarian church.
