Winter time...in Spring

Aquí mi look para el evento en el WIELS. A pesar de la primavera, Bruselas no nos permite más que seguir usando abrigos, botas y sombreros. Ojalá les guste! 

Here is my look for the WIELS art event. Even though spring has arrived, Brussels doesn't allow for other clothes except for jackets, boots and hats. Enjoy!

PA/PER VIEW - Art Book Fair

Más de dos años hemos tardado en descubrir el centro de arte contemporáneo WIELS de Bruselas. Cercana a la Gare du Midi, al sur de la ciudad, se encuentra esta singular sala de exposiciones que recupera la antigua fábrica de cerveza Wielemans.

Nos acercamos al WIELS el pasado viernes para asistir a la inauguración de la Feria PA/PER VIEW - Art Book Fair. Más de 30 editoriales especializadas en libros de arte contemporáneo se dieron cita durante todo el fin de semana. Un ambiente que estaba repleto de libros de fotografía, de arquitectura, vinilos con más de una vida y, en definitiva, todo tipo de rarezas.

Almost two years after our arrival to Brussels, we have just now discovered the contemporary art center WIELS. Close to the Gare du Midi, in the South of the city, this is a unique showroom occupying the old brewery Wielemans.

Last Friday the WIELS hosted the opening of the Fair PA/PER VIEW - Art Book Fair. And, of course we couldn’t miss it! More than 30 publishers specialized in contemporary art books gathered over the weekend. We could find from photography and architecture books to recycled vinyls. In short, all kind of hidden treasures.
